This week at Goga Restaurant in Saratoga, our Chef Inspired Set Menu brings together fresh coastal flavors, refined Californian cuisine, and an indulgent Wagyu main course for a memorable dining experience.
Available April 29 through May 3, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, this week’s set menu is offered at $93 per person.
This Week’s Chef Inspired Set Menu
Tuna, Scallop & Norwegian Salmon Crudo
A vibrant seafood opening course with fried garlic, local TCF arugula, and lemon basil Calabrian chili vinaigrette.
Caesar Salad
A classic course featuring boquerones, romaine hearts, croutons, and garlic parmesan dressing.
Black Pepper AUS Wagyu Ribeye Steak
The main course features black pepper AUS Wagyu ribeye steak with red bliss potato salad, green peppercorn, and blue fondue demi glace.
Tiramisu
The evening finishes with tiramisu served with raspberries and chocolate sauce.
